Accessibility Statement

EKKO Ltd is committed to making www.ekkoltd.co.uk accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA and the Equality Act 2010.

1. What we do to make this site accessible

  • Use semantic HTML and clear heading structure.
  • Maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states on interactive elements.
  • Provide descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
  • Respect the operating-system prefers-reduced-motion setting to reduce animation.
  • Design the chatbot to be operable via keyboard and screen reader.

2. Known limitations

Some third-party embeds, video content or live demo features may not yet meet the full WCAG 2.2 AA standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate these issues.
